The Pay What You Can Fee System

This idea isn’t new. Chiropractors all throughout the 1900’s worked off a ‘pay what you can,’ or ‘box on the wall’ honor system With the understanding that reciprocity will work itself out when the mission is pure. And that mission is to provide consistent care over time to those who seek and are curious in wanting to feel and function better.

Chiropractic is not meant to be a quick fix but rather a practice. No different than exercise or nutrition or any skill you are attempting to learn in life. We know that consistency, over time, yields clarity, connection and adaptation in ourselves, our families and in our community.

financial pressures of life are constant and only add to the stress your body, mind and spirit are already working through. in offering the highest quality care at a rate that is relative to you, We understand some seasons of life are more abundant than others and trust in those we serve to uphold this integrity.

How it works:

  • All adult clients are on a $15/month membership

    • this is included in your first visit
    • it is on auto-subscription that you can cancel at any time
    • school aged children, still living at home, are included in a parent/guardian membership
    • we have a special membership for those ‘out of towners' popping in to see us! 
  • schedule an appointment

    • A first visit is necessary to establish care; after a first visit with a chiropractor, you are welcome to book follow-up visits with any of our chiropractors; after a first visit with a massage therapist, you are welcome to book follow-up visits with either of our massage therapists. 
    • All of our appointments can be booked online! we have 3 chiropractors and 2 massage therapists with various availability during the week - including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. 
  • What to expect during your appointment

    • prior to arriving, you will receive a reminder text from our scheduling software and a welcome text from us with photos of our entrance and where to park. Your provider may be finishing with another client when you arrive, so come on in, silence your devices, grab some water, and make yourself at home. 
    • For our established members: there are instructions for where to store your items, remove your shoes, hang a top layer and to find an empty table. 
    • Your chiropractor reviews the information you provided when scheduling. A custom spinal and nervous system exam is performed. we then make a recommendation on next steps. You can expect text communication from us -24 hours to a few days- after your first visit. This “check-in” is to see how you’re functioning and to answer any questions.
  • an efficient practice!

    • you put a card on file when booking. this card will be used for billing visits and membership. you are welcome to update your preferred card on file from your member subscription email. 
    • If it’s been more than 2 weeks (14 days) since your last chiropractic visit, we charge your preferred card on file for a regular visit - $50. 
    • If it’s been less than 2 weeks (14 days), you are welcome to utilize our ‘pay what you can’ system by taping or swiping a card on our ipad or dropping cash and a note in our box on the wall. 

We don’t bill insurance directly. You are welcome to use an FSA/HSA card or file a receipt with your carrier for reimbursement. each appointment type has a specific cancellation policy you will be asked to adhere to - these policies have adapted and evolved over the past 10 years of practice to honor both the provider and client.
